| Gmade R1 kit. need help
I recently built and bought a Gmade R1. I put everything together but at the end still had 2 of the smaller bearings left. Did i miss something or was Gmade just generous in giving me spares? Also when i was putting my front axle together the main gear and outdrive gear would make a slight click as if there was a rough spot. i figued it would wear itself out eventually and completed the axle anyway. anyone else have this? |

My axles operated smoothly. You may try opening the ends back up for a quick once-over. It's easy enough. I do it all of the time just to make sure my bearings are still in good order. Sometimes there are flakes of metal on the gears that were left over from casting. This could be the source of the clicking sound. As far as bearings, I had six left over since I did not build the transmission. |
