Question GOM slipper question

So i took a guess when building on how tight to make it.. I made it too tight and blew my stock drive shafts out when i got stuck between some rocks. So i upgraded to the Junfac steel ones. but my question is, after being built it looks pretty difficult to get back in there without tearing the thing down. whats the shortest route to get this done ? unbolt the whole transmission ? any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

I just installed a mip yeti driveline and it takes some patience. I used one of the allens that come in the tool kit and you can only turn it a 1/4 turn at a time. It still quicker then taking off the panels and interior

The front is easy just drill a hole in the interior , drivers footwell back corner ( heel area)

The rear is a little bit more tricky , a hole needs to be marked out from the edges ,
Start with a smaller drill than the finished size to give yourself a bit of leeway if your measurements aren’t quite perfect and adjust the whole as required

I’m asking about the slipper clutch. Sorry for the misunderstanding. The clutch is too tight. And it looks very difficult to reach. There’s a dust cover over it that I can’t even get the top bolt out of. The shafts are done. That was easy. My question is what’s the easiest way to adjust the slipper

That’s ok I did wonder if it was that you were on about , Yep it is possible just fiddly i have done it myself at the g6 after its maiden voyage , you do need to remove esc and most screws from either side of front end .
I always go by the rule : tighten until it’s really tight and then back off 1.5 turns that will be fine

Thanks for the tip. I always wondered how tight to make them. With my slash and what not it’s easy to reach so I just drive it and mess around till i get it right. Not so easy on the GOM. But man it’s a fantastic rig.
