Captain Picard from Star Trek. He’s a 9in action figure. I cut his lower legs off but glued his boots to the pants and placed them on the floor board. He’s attached with double sided Velcro. The action figure is old (1996) and is kind of a collector item. He was only $12. I know a lot of Star Trek fans would be upset that I inboxed him and mutilated him.
