Default 1.9 wk gearing?

what would be the best gearing to bring it back to stock speed? i just noticed how slow it was when i put the stock tires back one. could it be because of how small the tires are? im thinking about getting the trail docs xl's to replace the normal ones i have or getting some stompers.

yes putting smaller tires on will definatly lower your top speed. you will want to go up a few teeth in the pinion and/or down a few teeth in the spur gear to get the speed back. But if its a scaler, slower is more scale ahyhow isnt it.

i realized it was the tire size. its a 1.9/2.2 scaler. i have 2.2s with one body and 1.9s with the other.
