Default motor upgrade questions

I have a CRO1 with a novak rooster crawler speed control. I would like to upgrade to a motor with more power but I don't even know where to start. What have other members with the same speed control used. I was told that the crawler speed control has certain restrictions as to what size motor can be used yet i don't know and don't understand the jargon associated with this decision. Any help would be great

Thanks
Drake

That speed controller should be able to handle any motor from a 35 to a 75 turn motor. I hope this helps.

you say more power. do you mean more torque or more speed. you can go down to 27t. Its a lot faster than say a 55t but it doesn't have nearly the torque of the higher turn motor. But great for bashing. Personally run a 45t, has plenty of torque and descent speed.(not going to win any speed races though.)
