Default Done been Bullied

Well I am not going to get into the specs of the axles as that has been covered by a few of the other build threads that are using these axles.

I mounted the axles to a torsion chassis for now. They will eventually get the GrooVe chassis once it is done.

I figured the best way to test the durability of these axles was to give them the torsion chassis. This way I was able to beat on them very hard. I had the tires bound till the clod stall kicked in, it took a pretty good fall (about 6 feet) which did give me a slight "clown wheel" affect. But RC4WD is allready on top of that problem.

The finish on these axles is incredibly "slick". That was the word used by Rob from TSC.

I will be getting more runs in on these in the very near future, and will post up how they are doing. Any questions just ask.

How are those tires? I have been considering them for a while now and just haven't made the "leap".

Well I have 2 sets of the losi's sitting here and would rather run the panthers.

But the losi's are a very close 2nd choice.

Looks Good... Did you bend that chassis or the fall did?

I bent the arch in it.

I'll get better pix of the chassis up soon, just keep in mind that its a temp chassis.

Josh likes long things with bends in them
Truck performed well today buddy The axles are slicker then the Bergs was the first thing I noticed and great steering angle as well.
I think we will see better results/breakage next weekend

If it works as good as it does in my head then it will be very interesting.

Only one way to tell though.

Nice video work Rob. Looks to me like the bullies withstood the beating, and that was a beating. Nice beating Josh!

Are you running "clod" offset wheels on these axles?

Axial offset is what you need. You can run a berg Offset on teh Rear if you want a narrow track width for the rear.
