Default Adding a lil tube.

Yup, they'll sell a soldering gun to anybody.

Didn't get very far due to breaking the soldering gun tip. I never tried bending this small. Think I should stick to fullsize tube bending. Looks like its been rolled already.

I was wondering how long it would be before someone built a tuber or at least a tuber body. Looks good so far.

Default Tri

Triangulate the roof box, too. connect it to the same corner the rear tiangle hits. As it is the cage will warp to the side when it rolls hard.

Yeah, was in the middle of the first bar of the behind seat X, then roof, door, and windshield bars. Then on to some front and rear structure. But the tip burnt in two, DOH!

I gave up on the tube body, though the cab portion held up well. Went back to the plastic Jeep body and did a few mods to it.

Still needs something on the back, like a bed or something. Maybe some cloth over the top would work too.

Hey man, that jeep with the rear hacked of looks GOOD. Does it perform any better? Can you stuff the tires in even more or not? Lets see some pictures of it in action!

Thanks guys. I'm thinking it'll get a bed of some kind and some top on it. I was thinking along the lines of an old 50's Willys stepside bed, real angular fenders. I don't think the body mods helped any. It didn't rub the body before. When it rolls though, it goes completely over now, instead of a weak flop. I think the best mod was flipping the tires around and cutting em.

Not real wheelin but I was too lazy to leave the porch.
