| Mini giant project Part II
Well, things were going good and all I needed was a battery and tires but then as I was putting my Gear reduction on I snapped the stock frame. So I started work on a new frame made out of aluminum. Here are the pics, I think I need to work on the pinion angles cause I gave her a quick test run and she shook like hell. |

I'll get some more pics once I find the right spot for the esc. I don't remember the exact name of the Gear reduction unit.

Looks good. What is the wheelbase now? I thnk you may be hurting for some GC though. What are you going to do for 2.2 wheel adapters?

I think it is around 11 1/2, I'll get a good reading once I fix the pinion angles. I'm using moabs on a very narrow 2.2, so hopefully that will help my GC. I thought that too as soon as I got all the links and shocks on place. I setup some 2.2's on the axles and it looks like it will make it ride quite a bit higher.

I think tire and wheel selection will make or break your project. 11.5" is extremely long for the axle width. Looks cool, would like to see a more assembled pic.
