Default Ihobby spy photos

Proline

Axial:

Himoto prototype:
70t motor
I took it for a spin and they have some work to do but they are working on it Gearing was about perfect.
will come with a skid plate

For some reason the other pics I took of Himoto's didnt work

REDCAT RACING... Yes 2 super class trucks and the 1 actually has real promise!!! and CHEAP... $299 and $350 rtr
55t motors
esc looks like a chinese but oh well
They are talking about axles kits
Aluminum parts to come.

The hopped up version has great ballance and just about right articulation (not crazy like some think it needs to be) Shocks have ballends on both ends

That little grey "tuber" looks great. Looks like it would make a fun little rock racer platform.

I didnt get a picture of it but, when I was playing with the super from RedCat I was able to tip it another 10* or so without it tipping.... The balance was amazing, especially when you consider the designer (who I spoke with) doesnt know much about crawlers. I think if shops will carry them it could bring back super class
I was discussing removing those bumpers, adding BTA and making the c's/hubs from aluminum and he was actually taking notes and seemed very receptive. Its something designed and sold out of Arizona USA versus a foreign product just being retailed over here.

It will be much harder for them to come back now, with the new mini's and such to compete with. It's too bad but hopefully I am wrong.

that is a great price for the redcats. the esc on those redcats kinda suck. i bought a exceed(redcat) drift car rtr and the esc burned up after the first ten minutes. other that that both versions are extremly nice for the price. most people are gonna put thier own stuff in it anyway.

It was nice to finally put a face to the name.:-P The Traxxas crawler showed some pormise with it's 2 speed tranny and seemed to have some articulation and the lock on the fly diffs was a good idea as well. I liked the wheels on it!

RedCat racing.... that sounds familiar.... and out of Arizona?! Sweet! They should really join up on the site and let us help them build a better crawler!

Being that cheap, I'm REALLY interested in one of them.

Thanks for all the pics!!!

I gave them the sites info and we discussed them going to local events... I was also trying to persuade them to send a couple trucks out to testers

Sorry Mnster, I didnt see any new proline 1.9's

I took pics of the traxxas thing... do you really want to see??? kind of pointless since its not a crawler (unless you ask the reps) heck for a basher its pathetic...top speed of 20mph!

Is it just me or does that hood on the chassis in the 4th pic look like it might be a jeep?

I can't wait to get my hands on one of these. I am slightly worried about the strength of them though, I guess I'll have to go easy on it .
