Default Tuber Frame

I have an ax10 RTR. I want to get a tuber Frame, I currently am just using the RTR frame. Now I do know some one who can weld for me, but any suggestions on how to go about doing this, and what kind of material to use?

Or how to draw up blue-prints? or something that works well, maybe a frame that I could "Go from"

What frame would you guys suggest?
