Default Narrow Axles

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if ya'll know of any axles that are narrow enough for a body that is 5.5" wide. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,
Justin

How wide are the Highlift axles and the Losi WRC?

I think even Losi MRc axles are to wide for what you want. I think they come to around 7in wide with the wheels on. High Lift axles are even wider and would be totally impracticle.

I think that MRC axles would be great then. It would lok like a 1:1 with full-width Dana 60's on it. I've looked around and found all of the parts to buildthe MRC axles but does anyone sell the axles complete?

T-rex44 Mini axles are 6.25" hex to hex.

There is a way to shorten a TLT that would be in the same 6-7" range.
Uses two short shafts versus 1 long and 1 short. Requires cutting and aftermarket axle C's.

1.9 scale Yota axles area 7", but can be shortened. with two short shafts.

Not scale looking, but very small are the Venom (A-tech) Mini-Giant axles. They are in the 1:20 scale range. Do not have drive hex's, but there are many pages in here to show how to add them.

Thanks,
Justin

about 5.5" or 140mm. they should work well for the body you want to use. The tires will only be like half way in the wheel wells but you could probably get the tires all the way under the body if you used some narrower hexes and a more positive offset wheel.
