| Shocks RCRock Crawler
I have these http://www.rcrockcrawling.com/produc...roducts_id=828 and i'm not to happy. the flex joints on wither end have little or no movement. I have to inboard the shocks so much to get flex out of them because if i lay them down to get flex the flex joints bind. i'f tried threading off the end and ising the traxxa jato joints. that helps alot but the shocks still suck balls. What have you guys done? Anyone using these? i'm doign a droop set-up with no internal springs. |

Well being that these are produced for scaler builds, you can't expect them to have all out performance on a competition style crawler.

RC4WD product. If it's not on it's 3rd-4th version, be carefull RC4WD offers more scale/bling items than hardcore comp stuff.

Kraqa, I am not sure how you got that black shocks, because it is not posted as available yet. We havnt even started shipping, we just loaded to our rack today. I assume you have the white version of the scale shocks, that is used mainly on our Trail Finder or other scale trucks. For performance shocks, check our dual spring shocks: http://rc4wdstore.com/advanced_searc...spring&x=0&y=0 Best if you send us an email at rcrock(at)gmail.com, along with a picture of what you got. We will see what we can do for you as soon as we figure out what you have. ---------- toyofast, thanks for your comment. Thats why some of our product such as Bully axle dont go on sale until we get a lots of testing out of it, there will be no 2nd version. Last edited by rc4wd; 11-03-2008 at 09:01 PM. |

I wasn't trying to diss you guys... I have purchased several things from RC4WD and gotten free stuff too. I never had an issue with any of it and always had great communication with everyone there. Now that you guys are doing more testing on products before releasing them is a great thing. One of your t-cases is next on my list after seeing one working the other day in the dirt. | |

toyofast, we appropriate everybody's feedback on our product, good or bad. We slow down shipping new products out greatly in the last few months, so we put in more time testing everything before it goes out. And we added a few more reputable members to our team for product testing as well. Send me an email, I will send you a t-case to test. Just make sure post some cool pictures of your project. |
