Default Independant suspension

I know this is most likely a dumb question but why wouldnt independant suspension work? Not stable enough or too rigid? I am curious.

Its easier to articulate with straight axles. Thats my guess.

it just doesnt flex like a soild axel does. also its weaker also many more moveing parts that can break.

The suspension movements are not controllable enough for going slow.

With inderpendent suspension,the wheels go up,but the chassis dont.Its been tried and doesnt work.
