Got some new servo's on order (cant afford the recommended ones) - when rear wheel steering is used, the wheels are not going back to center quick enough, unless its moving for a few feet, so crabs too much. The new wheels and tyres are performing well - might need to remove a little foam - as they feel a little over inflated? but are soft enough to give on obstacles. Need to correct an earlier error - I quoted the axles as 17mm, they are not, they are 14mm, so the adaptors I bought from Gmade are "14mm-23mm".... Had a session with it yesterday and it looks brilliant, performs really well (unless you need to turn).... so am pleased with this. Once the new servo's are on, that will be it done, till the next thing needs a tweak .... |
