| How many of you run Independent 4 wheel steer?
Like the title says, how many of you run independent 4 wheel steer? If you do, what radio do you run? I run it on my clod and ran it on my jugg when I had it. I used a JrXr3 radio and it worked out perfectly. So what do you guys use? |

just finished setting up mine with independent rear/front...as well as standard 4ws and 4 wheel crab steer Picked up a Hitec Laser 6 channel surface radio and used that for everything. Check out Clodtalk's product reviews area for the write up on how to put it in. Personally...after doing your course at MJ5 digger...i found that i really needed to have control of both axles independently if i wanted. Some areas are better navigated that way I'll never go back to the way i had it before lol... Matt |

I just put it on The Duke. I love it. For comps there is nothing better. I use a Traxxas TQ3 radio modified by soldering in a 3 position switch. Cheap and effective but not proportional. |

Explain? Explain what? Why Coors is the best? What I mean is when you flip the switch to turn the rear left or right all you get is full turn. No proportional like in the front where you can turn the tires a little bit or alot. It isnt a problem but its just different than the high dollar 3ch radios where you can have proportional rear steering. |

I run a Hitec Agressor CRX. I have 5 seperate steering modes programed in. Good control, right price. I feel it would be impossible to win a comp without ind. steer now. Over here in Oz land I recon at least 70 - 80% of us have em in the comps. |

I run fully independent 4 wheel steer with a Futaba T4VWD Attack 4-channel radio. I can turn the front or rear in any direction anywhere from full turn to just barely turned. The radio was around $119 for tower

I'd like too But my radio only has a two position 3rd channel switch. I have independent front and rear but rear is only one way. it sucks but it's better than no rear steer. |

I drive my Flexx-Maxx with independent wheel steer. Got two Hitec HS-645MG and a Sanwa VG400, a 4-channel stick transmitter. The easiest way of control... ;) See it there: Klick! Manuel |
