Hey guys had an awesome time playing on the course. NICE JOB!!!. Anyway I have the videos on my PC that was taken by Tina. Its enough that I have to use a DVD to write them to. But anyway I will try to do that this evening and I can drop the DVD off tomorrow on my lunch break so you guys can post what you would like. I will leave them just the way they are so you can edit what you would like. They are in Quicktime format. Later, Rusty |

http://www.quikrete.com/ProductLines/MortarMix.asp http://www.quikrete.com/ProductLines/SandToppingMix.asp I think we used about 4 bags of each (60lb bags). Picked up at Lowes, Mortar Mix was about $5-$6 a bag, Sand Topping Mix about $4-$5 a bag. This mix made for awesome traction, very similiar to a "Man Made 1:1 WEROCK Course". Just make sure you take the time to soak it into and thru the burlap. | |

Hey, great job on the course. It looks awesome. I've been working on one for our new store. I've been experimenting for a while now and found that instead of mortar mix, a vinyl reinforced concrete patch mix is a lot stronger. It's a patch so it's only sand, no gravel or rocks. Home Depot has it in 40# bags. Usually two coats will do, a wet one to soak into the burlap a little better, then a thicker one on top for more texture. The more solid the base under it the better. It is more prone to cracking and chipping if it's put over foam or something soft than it is over a solid base. I'm trying to find something that is lighter weight as I'm using 4x4 modular panels that I can move to any position or rotate any direction for changing the course up. I think I'm going to make the rest of the panels out of foam and spray on bed liner.

Junkxj, You can download a program....I am pretty sure its free called Any Video Converter and it will let you convert the videos to just about any format you need. I believe you could even convert them to AVI or MPG files and you could use Windows Movie Maker to edit those. This may not be the best choice I am not very good at editing video. Later, Rusty |
