Default Got a vid of my Nylint

Made my first Vid, of course it was of my little scorpion.

Just when you thought my old Scorpion was had, it pulled through.

My new setup really rocks, as soon as I get my parts rig in I'm gonna do rear steer and a Jeep body, then it is really on. Oh and for the record KJ's can't crawl.

Nice little vid and great song choice, yea these little rigs can some times surprise you, just when you about to give it a little kick it pulls on through.

Thats some weak flex dude. Check this out if you wanna see some flex:
Some 1:1 Rig Pics
Sorry I refuse to understand the Jeep thing, and further refuse to consider a Liberty to be a capable off-roader. In any event I do like the rig you built except the body, although the color is nice. For the record I only made that quote to get you going.

Now lets get back on topic. I know you guys wee digging that vid. ripper7777777 Thanks for the comments. I've always considered myself a bit of a hellraiser so the song was a shoe in. I do love this little nylint still only got about 100bux in it and man is it fun.

I knew you were just having a little fun, that's why I threw it in there... Of course there's more flex to be had from just about anything. I own a Jeep (not a Liberty though, a '48 CJ2A crawler in progress), and I never liked the 'zuks, although they're starting to grow on me.

By the way, I dig the scorpion. Gotta love these nylints. I haven't invested a dime in mine other than the original purchase price (all the other stuff was laying around or borrowed) and it's some of the most fun I've had. I'm just gonna leave it at work so I can wheel on my lunch breaks!...

you know, i thought the same thing until a buddy of mine got one and we took it out in the desert. in bone-stock form it was wheelin in stuff i've seen lifted chevys, fords, and toyotas have trouble with. with a bit of a lift, some bigger meats and the locker option (which we didn't have) it could be a lot more capable than you think it could be.

the only thing i didn't like was that to switch into 4-lo you have to be rolling at 3-5mph, shift the tranny into nuetral, and then shift the transfer case into 4-lo, then shift back into drive. not so easy if you are in sand, mud, or uneven terrain. you can shift into 4-lo from a stand-still, but it is hard to mesh the synchros and if you don't get it just right the transfer case will pop into nuetral as you start climbing. sure you could just keep it in 4-lo all day, but when you have a long fairly easy trail to get to a spot where you actually need 4-lo, you might as well just flip it back to 4-hi or 2wd to get going.

um... nice nylint guy! (on topic rocks!)

Yeah allot of vehicles are more capable than they get credit for I think, I've just never been a Liberty fan. Oh BTW the video was shortened to remove stuck parts but I never had to pick it up once, drove in and out of everything.
