| My scorp on moabs and my extended jeep.
These are my 2 1:18's. The scorp is orange and silver, reversed rear axle extended 1" front and rear with inboard upper shock mounts. HPI 5 spoke mesh wheels with moabs. The jeep is flat black with a red cage and link arms with black out rims. Extended 1/2" front and rear. Inboard upper shock mounts front and rear. Soon to come, tummy tuck on both, already have the batt's mounted under the hood of each, just need to get material to make the skids and do the cutting. |

Pics work fine for me man, they are linked from photobucket. Here's some wheel shots i took today of the scorp. The jeep already quit steering and the rear axle won't go in reverse anymore, got a replacement coming from nylint though. |

looks good. my rear axel won't go into reverse either... I think I fried the electronics. Do you know what caused yours to not work? I'm gonna get a second jeep and use it for parts and 4 wheel steering.

I think the board is fried, because when it stopped steering (it will turn 1/3 direction one way, then will only turn back straight) it stopped going into reverse in the rear axle. Call customer service they are replacing mine for free. |

Finally did the tummy tuck today, still need some metal to make a skid but i got all the cutting out of the way. Gave me a whole lot more clearance. Here's some pics of it in action, and yes it drove into and out of every picture. No foams! |

Hey killer looking scorp with the 2.2 moabs. I have a buddy who recently got a set of them and did the wheel conversion but when he went out to crawl the scorp didnt have enough power to go with the 2.2s one it. I was wondering what battery pack you are using? the stock one? Thanks.

Yup stock batt pack and everything, is he in low gear? Make sure of that, because in low mine has no problem climbing over undercuts. Here you can see i have the HPI wheel, the supplied large adapter, supplied washer, and the nylint screw. I took a 1/4" allen wrench and heated it up with a propane torch and pushed it all the way though the adapter, creating a 1/4" drive to fit the 1/4" drive hex on the axles. Then i just bolt them up. I did narrow the inside of the wheel so there would be no rubbing during turning. |

Here's a newer pic of it, cut off the front headlight assembly, kept hitting the top of my steering cover on the axle, the cut springs and re-located shock mounts didn't help. |
