Default hpi rims are not that good

this rims are bad in the hex area i am using axial hexs alumina and the strip so easy with out and weight and i amd using a crawler esc so not much power but i am buying another set cause they are nice looking rims.

Is the hex sitting all the way in the rim? Axial hexes have a nub that needs to be ground down to fit on some rims.

I "sugsest" you try spellcheck and maybe grammar and puncuation check too. ;)

Anyway, a friend of mine is using those rims on his scale crawler. I believe he put some JB Weld around the hex area in an attempt to reinforce them. He hasn't had any issues yet.

most HPI truck wheels use the same hex design.
