Default looking for gearsets

I want to add speed to my next build, not a crawler. I'd like to use the axial transmission but play with spur and pinion gearing. Are there companies that make smaller spur gear/larger pinion gear combos?

Robinson Racing will have a good selection for you.

Does axial use similar spurs as every other manufacturer? I'd like to mount either a 70 tooth with a 34 pinion or a 60 tooth with a 43 pinion and Robinson does have them. Just questioning if it's a direct replacement.
