It all depends on what you need. PM HobbyCraft has the largest inventory but I like HobbyGuys. Smaller store but great service and they'll order whatever you need if they don't have it. I've heard good things about Eastridge too but I've never been there. Being from Calgary, you should check out www.calgaryrc.com if you haven't already. Lots of local RC guys and each hobby shop has their own sub forum. There's actually a thread Here where people are discussing the best hobbyshop in town. Come for a crawl at Ted's sometime too, it's tons of fun. |

If you're only in town for a few days, then head over to PM. They definitely have the best selection in stock. I almost always buy something from them when I'm in town!

yeah, thats the one i think, have to pick up a "good" charger, apparently the 60 dollar dual peak dynamite is a peice, since i can only charge those 2/3a cells you sold me at 4 amps.... no good.

I have this one and I love it, you can adjust the charge rate to anything you want and it goes to trickle automatically when it's done. Plus you can hook it up to a car battery for charging when you're not near a power source. http://www.dynamiterc.com/Products/D...ProdID=DYN4049 Last time I checked it was $10 cheaper at HobbyGuys, they're on 16th ave, right around center street. |
