| Question For All You Rock Makers
Has anyone tried using joint compound (drywall mud) when making rocks for indoor crawling courses? I was looking around the hardware section last night and saw that this was very reasonable priced and it got me to thinking. I am not sure how hard the stuff gets or how it would hold up so I was hoping someone has attempted it, if not I will probably give it a try to see.

Thanks for the replay. Great looking course, I had seen a few pictures in other post on this site. They used dental plaster and I am not sure that is the same thing. I may buy a small pack of the joint compound and build a test rock or something. I do have a few other questions but I think I will make a new post for those. |
