im sure there are lots of these but id like to share mine and maybe even get some good suggestions to improve, so with that being said here it goes -tlt axles, with rcp lockouts, and 24mm wideners -home made delrin bent lower links, still gotta make the uppers, made of 5/16 delrin rod with revo ro ends -rc4wd r2 trans with disconnect -3racing mini lst shocks stock springs in front and tamiya silver springs in back with 70wt oil all around -mip axial driveshaft -berg 3 spoke wheels with axial black bead rings, and narrowed badlands w/memory foam, 4oz weight in each front and 3 oz in each rear -novak rooster with novak 55t motor -servos, steering is a tower pro mg946r and dig servo is hitec hs625mg and i also was wondering if anyone has used this trans setup on this chassis and if they had pics of how it was mounted? heres some pics of my truck as it is now |

That looks good so far. That chassis is one of the best I have used. Dont forget to inboard the lower links for better articulation. I have mine outboard and they get scraped when I run. I need to fix those.

updates today at work i turned the skid 90* and cut it to 2 3/4 to fit the r2 w/o having it hang over, and the mip driveshfts wouldnt fit the stock way either, i made the rear upper links outta 1/4 inch aluminum round stock, fits great with a little bit of a clock to the rear axle, and i was able to use 55mm axial links for the front. i had to make a servo mount/upper link mount to. put it all together and its good, wheel base is only 12 1/4 though ill figure how to make it longer.this thing has awsome balance, the trans is just sitting in there still gotta drill the holes for it |

nice, i used to run those shocks on my blackjack, it makes for one hell of a stable rig. as a matter of fact, culetto still has my Ti blackjack chassis..... Last edited by dieselfuel; 04-14-2009 at 03:31 PM. |

Nice build, the Black Jack is a very stable and predictable chassis. I should be starting my new Black jack comp rig soon.
