| Tamiya gear boxes...
Has anyone seen the tamiya model builder gear boxes? they are available as a worm drive or a planetary drive. I wanna try to put one in my truck. I hope you're building a small truck.. I looked at these one day at the lhs, and they are TINY also all plastic gears. Probably good for winches, maybe active suspension stuff like that but I dont know how well they'd do for anything else crawler related other than micro builds. |

what are you gonna build a hot wheels truck? did you happen to look at the motor size? its like 260 and 280 those are tiny!

i use one in a military scaler a the winch. wouldnt drive the wheels with it though.
