Default Losi shocks upside-down?

Hey guys, wondering if the Losi crawler shocks can be mounted upside-down to lower cog. I know some can, but have never had these (they are on a rig that is coming). I can't think of any reason why they can't, but wanted to ask first to be sure. Thanks!

The only reason I can think of is the losi shocks dont have rod ends or anything similar on the top. I know a lot of people just put some fuel tubing in the top and mount them like that but, them being upside down i dont know how well that would work. I guess it kind of depends on what you are mounting them on. This is another fix. This away you can have rod ends on both end. Just cut off the top flange and drill a hole through and send a screw throught the inside out the top into a rod end.

I run mine upside down and it works fine. It doesn't make much of a difference in CG, but every little bit helps. And they do fit on the axial axles upside down without the rod end mod, I have mine on there with fuel tubing no troubles. You can get a little extra length out of the rod end mod but I don't need it for my rig.

you dont even need to do the rod end mod. cut a piece of fuel tubing about a 1/4 in long slip that over the screw then the socks eylet over that
no need to pull out ne tools besides a pair of sharp scissors or a hobby knife
