how much is too much?

i mean it like this. on 1:1's there are tons of people the run Jeeps and Suzukis, that have aftermarket Dana axles or Toyota axles under them, running small block chevys and 4.3's with a chevy trans and an Atlas t-case. now how to you call a Jeep a Jeep when its a Jeep frame and tub with all chevy running gear? must be vin numbers.

I'm not knocking what you are doing, i actully this it will look sweet fuly paneled but how much farther can you go before swaping axles or the chassie?

that looks like it would crawl 100 times better than the normal walmart garbage! are we all going to go to walmart and buy these things just for the axles? are you running the stock battery?

Nice!
What did you use for the replacement shocks? Any closeup pics of the shock mounts?

I also like the clod and Nylint comparison pic!

Someone sounds a little mad because they didn't build a tuber first for his Nylint.

I dont think ive ever seen a jeep with a factory dana 28,50, or 80. The only axles i know of are 30's. 35's and 60's (only in the M 715 which also had a 70 rear).

50s are only found in the front of ford super duties unless ya get a tara50.

Suki's Dont Suck. You might try one. You will be suprised. I own a Stock one and a Modified Jeep (5" lift with 33's). The Jeep Owns the Suki in mud, but the Stock Suki owns the Jeep on the rocks!

And here is my Jeep

Anyone who says that suzuki's suck has really got a problem. Ive got a friend with one,It's got ten inches of lift,a custom bumper,33" interco trxus tires, and 5.13 gears...thats all it needs.....hes got more in the tires and wheels then in the whole thing....the lift wasn't but about 60 bucks....took it to tellico and made it up guardrail just fine.
