if i had that much land to use as an R/C park....i would have a

rock course
scale wooded trail course
dirt oval
off road track
off road truck course

the truck course being a bigger track then the plain off road track with bigger radius sweeping turns for faster speed like 1:1....that's just me if i had the time, money, land to do this with....don't forget pit areas or one big pit area right in the middle of all the track....hmmm now i just got an idea, i'll post a scale drawing of 4 square acres....i'll post in a few..........bob

yeah i have that covered....here is a quick MS paint how i would do the park layout in 4 square acres....you could move the dirt oval down into the next half acre and make the pit area a full acre right in the middle..............bob

found this on scale4x4rc
yea i know its paved but this is a backyard track
the adjustable layout is great, could do a bunch of moguls in those areas. not to mention could do 1/2 track set up if there is a short cut
scale and crawler area can be combined and criss crossed to have easy and hard lines for everyone, maybe even a rock race route through for some side by side
.....4 acres ,wow! do you have dimentions and acces point
have you looked at slot car track layouts ?

1 acre = 43,560 square foot which is just under 209 x 209 footprint....anyway, here is a modified picture with a full acre pit area in the middle of all the tracks....i'm sure ya can even stick a paved track in somewhere...............bob

If I had all that land I think that I would make a scaled down size rubicon trail including the little sluice
and a scaled down size fordyce trail those are my favorate places to go wheeling.

Some pics from my friends "crawler town". I like running the scaler here it's a blast. I herd its twice as big now havent been out there in a month or so. He also has a 1/10 scale offroad track and is currently making a 1/5 scale track for the 5b and 5t guys. Most of the pics i have are from early stages of making the trails.
