Default can someone post a pic of the tire off the rim

I would like to ensure they would work for a project before I try and search out 10 tires. ALso does anyone know if you can order these direct from the company, I called them over a month ago and at that time they did not have spare parts for the 1/18 and I did not want to bug them too much.

Thanks

Nate

are you looking to mount the tires on a 1.9" wheel? There was a thread about it on the scale rc forum. The back half of the wheel is already 1.9" but the front is 1.5 and when you seperate the two halves the ruber extends all the way to the hub hole and has holes for the screws to pass through making it an uber beadlock. The tire is also glued onto the back half. To make this work you have to cut out th front half of the tire to 1.9" and glue it on to the wheel. The tire is slightly taller than the BFG's on the toureg and the rubber is softer as well. You are probably going to have to get the tires 2nd hand but there are several guys on here that have switched to 2.2s and would probably be willing to sell their stockers. Just start PMing people on here with 2.2s and surely someone will be willing to part with their ole rubbers. Hope this helped.

thanks, that was a big help. I am actually looking to mount the tires on a tamiya semi rim, so that may not work.

Thanks
