| My First Crawler
Moving is fun... not... But, as I was unpacking a box that I haven't touched for a loooonnnngggg time I came across my very first rock crawler (old school crawler), complete with the remote I made for it, and it still works!!! http://s241.photobucket.com/albums/f...view=slideshow |

That's pretty cool! Those tires were pretty unique. I had a few like that but I don't think they were remote control.

IF I remember right...these had low gear, high gear and free wheel...maybe that was the 3rd generation.... cool find!!! |

I used to have a whole fleet of these when I was a kid, they were the duce! If memory serves there were three kinds of stopmers. The first one was on/off with thin hard tires, the second on was the same, but had soft tires, the third was like the one in the pic, wide tires and two-speed. |

That is cool!! I loved those things when I was a kid!! I have about 7 or 8 off those that sit under my crawler when its on the stand. I have one that is still in the box. It's got a camper shell, a winch, a trailer&motorcycle, a battery and wheely wheel. I will post some pics when I find my camera. |
