Which one for a 4X4 trail truck? 1) Bender's SCX10 = awesome! Updates on my SCX10......... 2) AX10 with faster motor and large body? (I already have the AX10 ARTR) - would the FXR 55T run well with a 20t pinion? ... something similar to Bender's build? ... or is the AX10 ARTR suspension all wrong, that the SCX10 would be vastly better for a trail truck? 3) Traxxas Stampede converted to 4X4 with dual trannys (MOA?)/motors/EVX2? I have some spare parts but would still need the EVX2/$70, tires/$30, wheels/$30, radio/$80, servo/$35 ... 4) and there is the Rock Racer; http://www.axialracing.com/ftp/ax10rtr/ Last edited by papaweely; 10-18-2009 at 03:08 PM. If you are looking for a scale truck I would go for the SCX10. Can't recommend it out of personal experience though.:? But its got tons of aftermarket support!

If ya want speed ya want a lower turn motor not a bigger pinion. |
