| CEN Genesis LE .46 Shocks
Well, I pick up a set of CEN Genesis LE .46 shocks off Ebay...I just got them in the mail today and wow...massive I though they were Maxx size, but no they are about 5 inch tall. So I was wondering if anyone has used these shock on a crawler? |

not that i know of. putting cen stuff on a crawler is like putting a dodge engine into a toyota, its just not worth it.(bad analogy but its all that came to mind)

I dont think cheap shocks make much difference in crawling. They dont take many fast hits, they dont have to deal with fast cycling. As long as they have various spring rates available and hold oil, it's all gravy baby.

man, I wouldn't sweat it. Everyone is all freaked out about Cen parts. I'm building a shafty tuber with locked down Genesis axles, e-maxx tranny, revo shafts, etc and plan on using a Genesis shock at each corner. They might take some oil and spring tuning, but what shock doesn't? If you links are set up correctly, they will work fine.
