Default Looking for some gears (5mm pinion)

I can't seem to find any 5mm bore 48 pitch pinion gears.

I need these for a brushless project. The motor I want to use has a 5mm
shaft.

Thanks

I don't know of any.
Why not switch to 32 pitch, that would give you more options.
Have you tried drilling one out to make it 5mm?

Contact: http://www.starluckrc.com/catalog/
He might be able to get you some.

I've seen a few posts about 5mm pinion gears here on this site, and I spent some time looking, but I came up empty. Maybe someone who knows will spot this thread...

30 teeth is to many.

What I am looking for is 19, 20, 21, and 22.

Cole 82; Yeah reaming them may be the only option, but if possible I'd like to just buy some. They have to be absolutely precise. This will be turning alot of rpm's.

SDP/SI has .5 module 18 tooth pinion wire.

48p is .529 module

The material is brass, you'd have to run it on a plastic spur. You'd also have to drill out the 5mm center.

I have a mill. Pm me if you want a boring done of your favorite pinion. I have done to a lot of my own pinions. Brushless motors can make having the right pinion a bit harder. I have to have a 4mm pinion for a motor that I just recieved.
