What's is the best way for me to control my 3 racing winch with my dx 3.0

If you don't have a 3 pos switch and the 3.0 doesn't you can't that I know of. You will have to use the push button on the winch controller. You have a 2 pos switch and all that would do is make it move in and out but not stop.

If you only have a 2position switch, or a radio with only 2 channels this is an option. Not the ideal solution but one that at least gets you a working winch.

maybe you could use the 2pos switch to operate microservo, that would push the button on the original controller...
