Default 4 link done now need help mounting shocks?

Got the 4 link flexin like a stuck pig but now I have shock issues. Any ideas?

Yea, I got an idea...get some real shocks, like these






...and loose the toy parts

I guarantee the ones I have (Hotbodies) would be PLENTY long for you app. if you wanted to keep them in the locations you have now. OR, you could get some quality 4"/buggy style shocks and use link mounts to mount them to your upper links.

might do the front the wheelbase right now sits at about 18" Plus theres alot of other issues up front besides the shocks

I would get "better "shocks but thats what this whole thing is about, Not spending alot of money on a "toy". So far I have about 20 bucks total into this thing. I'll save my money for mods on the big crawler out in the driveway

hey can you do a front pic of your setup w/o flex to show me how to mount them and also loose shocks completely and do limiting straps it might work or you might just loose all of you traction. its iffy

The front is basicly stock I cut the limiting tabs off and used brake line to extend the shock center pin I will get pics up in a few
