3691- Gearbox halves $8.00
1996- STOCK idler gear $3.00
2388- planetary gear diff (complete) $18.00
3195- steel top gear $3.00
1993- slipper clutch shaft $3.00
and you will need six 5x11 bearings, plus either a slipper clutch or this:
3693- spur gear adapter $3.00

Now I just thought of this, Im guessing you would be using this for a crawler. You might be able to get away with just buying the diff gear, and the sun gears, and filling it completely with jbweld. But Im not exactly sure. It could work, because really you would just be locking those gears from moving anyways. I would try to use the spur gear adapter first, before buying a slipper clutch, only because most guys just crank down the locknut on the slipper anyway, so whats the point in even using it? You can get an aluminum idler gear, but I have yet to upgrade that and I beat the living hell out of my stampedes, one running a 17t and the other running a 14t, soon to be turned into a 12 volt clodopede courtesy of an evx and a titan. But really, you can save money buy just searching around the forums, and picking up a used tranny.
