| Canucks in need of a little info...
Hey guys, I had a nice long thread typed out but for whatever reason the site logged me out and I lost it... Anyways, I'll summarize what I wrote: - We realise we can't get them in Canada - We plan on road tripping across the boarder to get some - We've modded and killed many other Toy trucks before (dodge raminators) - The nylint 1:6 has everything we're looking for in a toy truck minus the rear wheel steering - We want to know some durability info before we do this huge trip - Online ordering is not an option, shipping 120lbs worth of nylint trucks is going to out weigh our gas costs - I've read the first 12 pages and still havn't found out the info I want So yeah, what problems are pretty much a given for us to run into during a regular crawling session? I've read some problems on the steering components but that is easily fixed with some custom metal parts. I've also skimmed over something about the axels breaking in certain points... any specifics? I can't find the thread that had that info. What about getting replacement parts up here? Anyone else in the same boat? Any info is more then helpful... Thanks, - Jon |

Jon, I live in Vancouver and I bought mine in Bellingham, WA. I had a problem with surging and they sent me a replacement chasis in about 2-3 weeks during the Christmas time. So the warranty works in Canada too. |

My dad bought one for himself and I for Christmas from Bellingham too. Blew a "birf" and just got a call from fedex to verify the cost $0 and it's on it's way no problem. From vancouver too. Joe |
