Default Centershafts issue

I have tlt axles with axial tranny 12 inch wheelbase. Ordered a set of 3racing shafts but they do not telescope enough and bind my shocks. Need to find a set of heavy duty plastic shafts to cut down if anyon eknows of any or has another direction let me know

Stampede shafts with the metal yokes will work. For absolute strangth and a set of shafts that can easily be cut down, look for the Axial Junfac shafts on e-bay. They ship from Asia, but are well worth the wait.

No intention to jack here, but Jeremy have you cut the junfacs? It looks to me that the female part is not shaped sll the way in.
In any case junfac has 2 lengths so if the long ones don't do the trick the short ones will. AND they make the MIPs look like kids play.

LCC shafts work too.

I have not had the need to cut up a set of the Junfac shafts. The both male and female parts are shaped like a D for most of the length...the remainder is cylindrical.

I have, however, cut up some of the MIP shafts, and they took quite a bit of filing and grinding to get them to mate once again.

are they to long or short, cause if they're long you can extend your wheelbase some unless it's a scaler.

They are to short, they do not telescope enough and my shocks will not fully travel. I dont not want to mess with the wheelbase for the fact of the body that I am running and yes its a scale truck

I ran stampede shafts with steel yokes on my TLT for years without problems... and they're plastic, so you can cut em...

I'm now running an Axial, with JATO shafts! They're huge, but they work...

Try the Berg driveshafts. They're neither too long, nor too short
