| Revo tranny converted to Summit tranny?
what's the difference in the Revo tranny from the summit tranny?Can the revo tranny be converted to run a manually selectable 2 speed?If so what parts do I need?I have a revo tranny and I would love to put this thing in my truggy. |

The Revo trans shifts via certifugal force...it wasn't designed for manual operation. Why not just pick one up off of Ebay? Should be cheap enough... |

I was told by another member you can convert it. You'll need the ERevo tranny put the 2sp conversion it in and used the "wide" gears and its the same thing.

The case on both of them are the same. You'd need most the internals from a summit trans from the look of things. Here are the exploded views.. Wouldn't it be cheaper and less of a hassle to just buy the Summit trans? Or am I missing something here... |

I think it would be cheaper and easier to buy a Summit tranny off ebay but I can't seem to get ahold of one!? Think I'll go with the RC4WD 2-spd |
