I just used one of the rails that come on the Jeep. I cut it after it bends but before it connects up to the mounts. Then I heated it in the oven and gave it the slight bend that TJ snorkels have. And for the top I used another part of the rails. If you look at the rails mounting section there is a square built into it, so I dremeled it out and glued it on top. Is it perfect and match a real one prefectly? No. But it's close and I love it.
