Default Wow..Steeering broken completly....

How do I get into the sterering box?? I can't really figure it out. I broke the black piece that runs from that black box over to the grey piece....anyway, I need to fix this somehow. Anyone got any tips on how to?? Main problewm right now is that I I can't even get into the box to see how i all works.

you need to take apart the axle to get to the steering. just take out all the screws on the bottom and pull.

Yea, i finally got it. I got tired of sitting around waiting on someone with an answer so I said screw it.....i',m on my way to HD right now to get the last pieces to finsih up the steering. It should be pretty damn stout now...

how do you get the drag link through the axle case? it hangs up on mine. i want to pull the steering setup out to see how its wired and to clean the belt because it was slipping bad...

Slammed, Remove the rivit pin thing from the pitman arm and drag-link (end nippers work best) turn the wheel on your controller until the pitman arm lines up with the notch in the axle. pull it out. Done
Put a cap srew and nut back on to attatch the pitman arm to the drag-link, its eazier than trying to push the rivit back in.
