| Another tummy tuck
Finished my tummy tuck and fixed my steering. Fried the main board but luckly adawg69 had another board that we swapped in. Anyways I got about 5 1/2" of ground clearance under the belly now. Haven't run it on the rocks yet but I imagine it will do pretty well.

That looks great! Where's your battery? I'm still considering a tuck, or a half-tuck...but I haven't decided if I want to deal with the raised CG or just use one of my LiPo packs in it...

I like your set up. Can you post some pics of the battery and how it is mounted?

Here ya go. I had to cut the floor out a little bit. I cut it just enough so that the battery would be held in by the body. I don't have any other battery hold downs in right now. I think that the body will hold it just fine. We'll see if it holds after a few trail runs.

Impressive tuck. Thanks for the pictures of the battery mounting. I think I'm gonna pull out the interior and space the battery up to where yours is and do some CG testing... I like the way yours looks!

I can see how you did the batt. but how did you fit both boards under the stock cover, is the big one laying flat on top of the small one?

I put both the boards on top of each other. You need to make sure that you put something inbetween the two boards though. I used carboard and it seems to work pretty good. I then taped both of them together and layed it down flat under the stck cover.
