Is there a phone number for TCS? I need to give them a call, but can't locate a number.....

i didnt see one on any of my invoices from them. you could try the Glendale, AZ area online phonebook.

just go to their contact section on the website. I usually get responses the same day. If not then, the very next day.

I had the same thing happen before. Couldn't get ahold of them before it was shipped. In the mean time, I just emailed them and told them my situation and they setup up the return for me asap. Just had to wait on the order to arrive so I could send it back to them.

Man this is a problem with many online businesses and in ALL industries. What is the deal with not having a friggin phone number available? I hate that.

Most are small part-time businesses, and can't answer phone calls during business hours. Also with e-mail correspondence there is a time stamped record of conversations, so if there is a problem later there is no he said this or that dispute.

Kevin provides super fast service, so most times the order is already shipped before you know it.

Yeah, and it really sucks big time when ordering from Europe.... where return shipping costs a lot more.

Thanks Kevin.....I swore I was missing something on the phone number thing....As I usually over look stuff lately. Anyway, thanks again for taking good care of me as you always do. You all are the best!!!!
