Default Motor suggestions

I'm building up a Worminator MOA rig and need some help deciding on brushless motors. I've only ever run brushed motors on a Berg before so I have no idea what to go for. The axles have a 30:1 ratio and I'll be using 2 MM pro ESCs so I can run 4 cell lipo if I need to, although I'd rather stick with 3 cell. I'd say price isn't an issue but it always is, nobody wants to spend more than they have to but I know quality costs money. I just don't want to have to buy 2-3 pairs of motors just because I didn't ask the right people. Also based on the gear ratio and motor suggestions, what size pinions should I get to fine tune the rig for runtime, temps, etc. Thanks for any help you can offer, I'm a complete newb when it comes to worm gears and brushless.....

There's been a few thread on the worminators. Have you tried a search?

I've tried many searches, they all show the Worminator shafty version. As far as I know (and I've looked a lot) me and 53 Willys are the only members who have the MOA version of these axles. The gear ratio is different as it doesn't have a transmission for added reduction, it's 30:1 as opposed to the 40:1 in the stock shafty version.

I would think the novak ballistic or Tekin redline sensored 17.5 or 21.5 would be a good match with the mmpro or tekin rs. But check out what guys are doing with losi moas. Should be about the same???

Just picked up a couple Tekin 17.5 sensored motors, hopefully they do the trick. I'll update the build thread tomorrow with the results. I did however forget to buy some various pinions for tuning, back to the LHS I guess......
