| Minneapolis hobby shops?
My wife and I are going to Minneapolis in a few weeks as part of our vacation, and I'm looking for a "point of interest" for myself....in other words, a good hobby shop! Can anyone recommend a good RC hobby shop in the Minneapolis area? I'm of course into crawling, and bashing with a T-Maxx, E-Maxx and Savage 4.6. |

Jerry's RC in the north metro (Lino Lakes) is a sponsor of the MNRCRC. Great shop, friendly and lots of knowledge. Also, has some cool project vehicles in there.

Just bough a VF DIG from RC Car Kings this morning. As I was told, they are knowledable and helpful....and to boot, close to our motel. HAve not gone to Jerry's- nothing else in the area we are interested in seeing, so I'll have to be satisfied. I've also gone to Hub Hobbies, not great knowledge but they have a huge and varied selection of stuff. They have decent 1/18 scale diecasts (which I collect as well) including Highway 61 stuff which seems hard to find except online. All in all, great vacation for me!
