Lightbulb Pnuematic steering

im in the middle of helping out the guy at my lhs build a txt. we were talking about using either pneumatic or hydralic steering. we may use these http://surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UI...00&catname=air, but we cant think of anything that we can use for a pump and would automatically return the steering to center.do you guys have any ideas on this topic?

Default real hydraulic steering

Hi there,
I have actually had the great opportunity to drive a full scale monster truck in NZ and when i was being tought to drive it i was told that because it has hydraulic steering the steering will not self center and therefor i would need to make the truck drive straight. It was the best fun of my life.

what about using this same cyl. with fluid and another just like it on the other end hooked to a servo to pump the fluid back and forth....?do you follow...this should also self centeras long as it dosent leak too bad.you could put the servo where ever you wanted.

I may do this also...I am new to rc but love it I have a crap nylint with crap steering. I was just looking into shocks but this would be easier....good luck

that can be changed by simply putting in a different steering control valve. the valve in my 1:1 allows self-centering on my full hydro steering setup.
