Try going with the previously mentioned McMaster-Carr or TopPlastics you will be able to buy larger sheets far cheaper than at tower trust me. Tower will.charge 50% more and give less than half as much. I.deal withmcmaster but I in chicago and they are local for me

Check your aussie phone book under plastics and also check local sign shops, there will be a plastic wholesaler somewhere. Make sure to tell the sign shop it's not for signage, they will be more helpful.

Most Lowes don't sell Lexan/polycarbonate they sell acrylic, better for house windows, but not good for much else.

Home Depot does sell lexan, but only buy small pieces, large pieces there are retarded pricey.

What's the lexan for?
