Default Building indoor course!

Hey everyone I just got into the crawling portion of rc, used to fast trucks but crawling is so addicting! I am building a course in my man cave.
materials used: particle board, 2x4's, rocks, liquid nails, and some expanadble foam. I plan on using some of the textured spray paint to cover the foam or i read about using spray glue and sand..... does anybody have experience using either, like which would be better?
if anybody has some ideas on what else i should add or use or any ideas at all please let me know
DJ

im trying to post some pics of what ive done so far but can't figure it out an ideas on that too? i have them saved to my computer
