Default Question after POP!

Was just wheeling my jeep when I heard a pop that came from the rear end. When I turn the jeep on to its top all 4 wheels still spin but when pressure it put on the rear axle the tires don't move. If I drive up to an obsticle the front just pulls itself over and then the rear drives up to it but nothing happens even on the smallest of obsticles. Any ideas before I go and break the rear axle open???

take your axle cover off and have a look.... If you have a Gen 1 axle you broke one of the drive pins, if you have a Gen 2 axle you broke the rear plastic coupler, if you have a gen 3 you've broke something that I haven't broke yet.

my 3rd gen cracks, sqeaks, squaks, too... I found most of my noise coming from the steering junk. Where the pitman arm and draglink all connect up. I just dabbed some motor oil and that seemed to stop the noise. When I take it apart to upgrade the steering I'll grease it up. Or use some graphite lube or something.

Yeah, my Jeep in modded. I've been going back through that thread with the axle break down but can't find anything about a pin. If there is no fix then I guess I will just have to find another rear axle to put it...
