| Want a summit 2 speed trans, but can't find one cheap enough? Look inside
I've been seeing almost or complete e-maxx trannies going for $40 or less lately and figured it only takes another $25.06 to give you that 2 speed with the wide ratio gear set. I just did mine and the only difference is the motor plate and how your motor mounts. You use a regular 500 sized motor instead of the monster 775 This is what you need for the basic set up http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTKP2 http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTKM8 http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTKP4 http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTKM9 |

Are you still stuck with the play in the emaxx transmission though? Does the Summitt tranny have the same play in it or is it tight?

Sweet. I just acquired an emaxx tranny myself. I'll defiantly try this out!
