Default weird problem, front axle will not rotate backwards

Ok, so here's the probem, when I drive forward, all four wheels turn forward, but when I drive in reverse, only the rear wheels turn backwards and the front wheels stay locked. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I checked all the wires, motor, chip/esc every thing looks good. I think it must be the chip/esc, but I'm no expert.

that's not good to hear hotchi, cuzz I just started having that exact same problem, except its going forward that the axle stops, reverse still works fine. The only thing I noticed was the front wheels started spinning slower. Then next time I ran it the front axle just crapped out. But it makes no sense that reverse works fine but forward does not.
Time to call Nylint, Take a number and get in line...

Good to know, I soldered on mine and accidentally shorted it out...would've been fine if I hadn't run it that way...I noticed it was bad when it started smoking! Time for a new board.
